What we collect and why

• Order request: name, phone, e-mail, city, address, postcode and note — to send you the offer to confirm, deliver the order and meet legal (e.g. accounting) obligations. Basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation.
• Offers and discounts list: name and e-mail, only if you ticked the consent box yourself or signed up to the newsletter. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Cookies: a cookie for your chosen language (mkh_lang) and cookies needed for the shopping bag (WooCommerce). We do not use advertising cookies.

Who receives the data

• The courier — data needed for delivery and cash on delivery.
• Hosting provider Hostinger (servers in Germany, backups in France, EU).
• Google (Gmail) — for e-mail communication with you.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep data

Order data is kept as long as accounting and tax laws require. Offers list data is kept until you unsubscribe — then it is deleted automatically.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, restrict processing, object, and withdraw consent. Unsubscribe from the offers list with the link in our e-mails or on the Unsubscribe page. For any questions write to makheshouse.store@gmail.com.
