2. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

By sending an order request on mkhstore.me the customer does not conclude a contract and takes on no obligation to pay. After receiving the request, the merchant e-mails the customer the availability, delivery price and time, and the total amount. The contract is concluded when the customer confirms the order by replying to that e-mail. The merchant may decline a request if a product is out of stock or the details are incorrect.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Delivery is not included in product prices and is communicated before the order is confirmed. The price shown when the request is sent applies.

4. Payment

Cash on delivery — to the courier on delivery, or in the store on pickup.

5. Delivery

Delivery within Montenegro. The delivery time is communicated by e-mail before the order is confirmed. Free pickup is available at MKH Store, Njegoševa 12, Nikšić.

6. Withdrawal

The customer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the conditions on the Shipping & returns page.

Customer data is processed according to the Privacy policy.

9. Final provisions

The laws of Montenegro apply, in particular consumer protection law. We aim to resolve disputes amicably; otherwise a competent court in Montenegro has jurisdiction.
