How ordering works

On the website you send an order request. During store hours we e-mail you product availability, the delivery price and time for your city, and the total amount. The order becomes valid only when you confirm it by replying to that e-mail.

Delivery

We deliver by courier within Montenegro. Payment is cash on delivery. We confirm the delivery price and time by e-mail before you confirm the order.

Free pickup in store: MKH Store, Njegoševa 12, Nikšić (Mon–Fri 10–20h, Sat 12–18h). We e-mail you when the order is ready; you pay on pickup.

Right of withdrawal (returns)

For distance purchases you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Notify us in writing by e-mail to makheshouse.store@gmail.com with your order number.

• Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
• The customer pays the cost of returning the goods.
• A full refund applies to unused goods with all tags, in original undamaged packaging.
• If the goods were used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, the refund is reduced in proportion to the loss of value — up to 100% if the goods are damaged so they can no longer be sold.
• Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (e.g. essential oils, teas) cannot be returned once opened.
• We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice and may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods.

Damaged, wrong or faulty goods

If goods arrive damaged, we sent the wrong item, or the item is faulty, contact us right away — we cover all costs. See Complaints.
